My work is informed by my many years of training in psychodynamic psychotherapy which also incorporates an integration of cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques. I treat individuals across the mental health spectrum, addressing a wide range of issues and conditions.

Trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Tapping for trauma and anxiety, and Harm Reduction model for addictions.

Extensive years of work with relationship issues, professional/work goals, stress reduction, alcohol abuse, addictions, trauma, life stage transitions, fertility, IVF, post pardom depression, and parenting issues.  Developing a vision for wants and needs and how to make them happen.
